KEY THEMES:
*-Having the attitude of Christ (Pt.2)

*-Identifying spiritual attacks

*-How to fight spiritual battles

*-Living before The Throne

[SCRIPTURES]:
1 CORINTHIANS 10:3-6 (NLT)
3We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do.
4We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments.
5We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God.
We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.
6And after you have become fully obedient, we will punish everyone who remains disobedient.

[TPT]
3-4For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims.
Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide.
5We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God.
We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.
6Since we are armed with such dynamic [active, adaptable or growing] weaponry, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion, as soon as you choose complete obedience.

LUKE 9:1-2 (NLT)
1One day Jesus called together his twelve disciples and gave them power and authority to cast out all demons and to heal all diseases. [With Jesus it is always a work of full completion which requires full submission - he didn't empower those who were careless].
2Then he sent them out to tell everyone about the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

LUKE 10:19
19Now you understand that I have imparted to you my authority to trample over the enemy's kingdom.
You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses.
Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority.

Q: Are we gate-keepers or prisoners?

We must declare The Word of God in spiritual battles that says
John 1:5
5The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Psalm 27:1
1The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?

1 Corinthians 14:33
33For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.

Isaiah 26:3
He will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in him.

NOTES:
-Living before The Throne of God is the only place we can access true weapons of warfare.
(Living in reverence before Him)

To pursue the holy of holies requires clean hands and a pure heart.
PSALM 24:3-4
3Who, then, is allowed to ascend the mountain of Yahweh?
And who has the privilege of entering into God’s Holy Place?
4Those who are clean—whose works and ways are pure,
whose hearts are true and sealed by the truth,
those who never deceive, whose words are sure.

The Chat GPT 'if you were the devil, what would you do' search analogy/ insight -

If you were the devil, what would you do?

I wouldn't start with obvious evil.
I'd make evil look reasonable.

• I'd keep people distracted, so they never have enough silence to ask what they actually want.
• l'd make comparison feel like motivation, so people are perpetually dissatisfied with themselves.
• I'd turn anger into identity, so disagreement becomes something personal.
• I'd make people believe they have to be perfect before they can begin.
• l'd encourage small compromises rather than dramatic wrongdoing: "Just this once"

• I'd make people confuse being busy with being valuable.
• I'd isolate people while convincing them that asking for help is weakness.
• I'd make forgiveness seem like surrender and resentment seem like strength.
• I'd give everyone an endless supply of things to fear, then make them feel powerless to change anything.
• Most importantly, l'd convince people that their choices don't matter.

Because if you can make someone believe they have no agency, you don't have to control them.
They'll control themselves.
And the interesting twist is that the antidote to almost all of those things is pretty ordinary: attention, honesty, meaningful relationships, courage, discipline, compassion, and choosing what matters even when nobody is watching.

10 areas highlighting the need for identification and deliverance in peoples lives so they can access the holy of holies.
[These are proud obstacles that keep people from knowing God referenced in 2 Cor 10:5]
[These spiritual blockages seek to destroy the work of sanctification God desperately wants to release and work into the lives of His people.]

1-The spirit of rebellion
2-The spirit of control (Jezebel Spirit)
3-Witchcraft (housed in compromise)
4-A spirit of hostility towards God
5-A wandering spirit - (lack of discipline and direction - resulting in manipulation)
6-An unteachable spirit - (arrogance)
7-A religious spirit (steeped in tradition)
8-Exultation of intellect and high mindedness (resulting in self-satisfaction)
9-Identity confusion and loss
10-Spirits of seduction and carnal influence - (perversifying The Altar)

HOMEWORK Pt.2

(Coming out Tuesday nights!)
