Called To Faithfulness: Whats The Point!?

MATTHEW 22:37 (NLT)
37Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’
Q: What's the point!?"
What is the point if The Spirit of God doesn't move in what we do?
-There's a cost to serving The Lord.
-There is a cost to seeing His Spirit move in power!
[MAIN REVELATORY FOCUS]:
The modern church mentality has been that I owe them a move because they are in (operational) position and 'ready' to receive, but yet they are not in relationship with Me and expecting from a wrong posture.
Operational position does not equate to relational readiness. (The appearance)
Jesus knew what it was to count the cost as He embraced the work to be done on the cross.
My church has settled for empty "encounters" and seeker friendly teachings that benefit peoples emotions but will not place them towards transformation and high accountability.
In a corrupt world of endless options, people want things served to them how they want it and when they want it, otherwise they will just leave and continue on their chase of "happiness" and "fulfillment" rather than embracing 'covenant and commitment'.
What if my emotions don't correlate with what God has required of me?
--I need to deny myself, take up my cross and follow Jesus. (Matt 16:24)
Many do not know how to adore Me through covenant. They want to adore Me through blessings and favor but not earnest desperation.
There is a cost to covenant, yet many want to serve Me leisurely if I fit into their schedules and plans.
The work that was finished on the cross was demonstrated out of a love covenant.
It was done with tears and sweat drops of blood.
It wasn't convenient, nor was it leisurely.
It wasn't out of obligation but an act of desperation.
The Son of Man didn't come to be served but to serve. (Ref. Matt 20:28)
This was the greatest demonstration of love that counted the cost.
I want them not to serve Me for what I can give to them.
I want them to love Me just for who I am.
There are many experts in business practices, but not many that will run after Me wholeheartedly unless there is a personal benefit or gain.
-Yahweh
JOHN 12:35-36 (NLT)
35Jesus replied, “My light will shine for you just a little longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness will not overtake you.
Those who walk in the darkness cannot see where they are going.
36Put your trust in the light while there is still time; then you will become children of the light.”
We cannot claim to love what we do not pursue.
Jesus is not just here to supply breakthrough without a purpose attached to it.
He is looking for people who FOLLOW-through.
Reference from Chris Durso
-We've confused moments of power with a lifestyle of surrender.
--We cry at the altar... but still live under the curse in private.
--We fall under The Spirit... but don't walk in step with Him.
--We want Jesus as savior but not as Shepherd.
Deliverance from addiction, shame and generational bondage is supernatural, immediate and necessary.
--BUT deliverance is the door, not the destination.
You're not done when the curse breaks.
You've only just stepped into the process.
