Jay Singh is the founder and lead pastor of Frontlines Church.
Pastor Jay and Autumn live in Gallatin, TN and have pastored FLC since January of 2021. Having grown up in a family of pastors, ministry pioneers and planters of churches across North America and South America, Pastor Jay's passion is to see people sincerely come to know Jesus and live lives of genuine transformation!
There is an extensive vision of seeing all cultures and diversities united in worship to The Lord and a particular mandate on Frontlines Church to bridge the denominational, ethnic and generational gaps in re-establishing a culture of holiness and the fear of God.

Fun Facts: Pastor Jay is originally from Oakville, Ontario, Canada and is a huge hockey and baseball fan. He is passionate about all things music, production and especially drums! Chocolate chip cookies and Thai food are his love languages (and yes, sometimes in that order!)

Pastor Sherlock grew up in  Berbice, Guyana where he was off to an early start in ministry beginning preaching at the tender age of 10 years old.
He has pioneered churches in Guyana and Canada making generational investments in raising pastors and leaders of all ages and demographics.
With a Doctorate of Ministry and Divinity, Masters in counseling and psychology, Pastor Sherlock's mission is to honor The Lord in service to The Kingdom and the restoration of lives at large.
His passion is equipping leaders and providing a wide spectrum of discipleship to the body of Christ.

Fun Facts: Mr. Fixer upper, can fix just about anything he puts his hands on, a man of many talents and skills who makes high end jokes no one else comprehends.
Loves working in his garden and pampering his little doggie, Diesel... this dog lives like a little king!

Dennis has worked alongside of church pastors and elders since 1988. He has served the local church as elder, teacher, leader, children's church pastor and pastor.
Dennis and his wife Holly live in Macon County, TN, they have seven grandchildren and want to serve wherever The Lord calls!


Fun Facts: Dennis and Holly enjoy life on the farm and the many activities they are fortunate to spend time doing. Some of those things include four wheeling, farming, gardening and spending time in God's creation. When they can find time, they enjoy traveling in their motor home! 

Shanti was born and raised in Berbice, Guyana and lived there for 21 years before moving with her husband Sherlock to Toronto, Canada.
By 2008, the Singh family moved to Nashville, TN in pursuit of God's call.
Being an integral part of the core leadership and pastoral team since the launch of FLC, Shanti continues to make intentional relational investment in each team she leads and is apart of.
It is her desire to see a church set ablaze for The Lord... no turning back!

Fun Facts: Shanti enjoys to laugh HARD! She loves to be creative in the kitchen whether it's whipping up new dishes or baking.
She loves the joys of traveling, discovering new places and spending time with her family no matter what day it is.

Autumn, wife to Pastor Jay, is from a small city named Seymour, in the mountain area of Eastern Tennessee. Autumn has a passion for photography, art, media and loving on people! She is living proof of God's undeniable power and lives to see people experience this power at work in their own lives.
Autumn loves to worship and is motivated to be a part of leading the generations to the truth of The Gospel through her creative and unique gifts.

Fun Facts: A Korean food enthusiast on the continual hunt for all tasty things gluten and dairy free. Loves spending time in the serenity of nature, also snuggling up with her fur babies, and the adventures of seeing new places and engaging in new and exciting experiences!

Jerry and Carol have lived in the Nashville area for almost 20 years.
Jerry's passion is to see Proverbs 27:17 lived out in men's lives on a daily basis.
His vision in men's ministry is to cultivate relationship through genuine support,  prayer, friendship, and lifting one another up to be Godly men, husbands and fathers and to also develop into the ministries that God has called them towards.

Fun Facts: Jerry has a love for all things automotive, The Smoky Mountains and the band Petra.
Not So Fun Fact: After open heart surgery in 2022, Jerry takes every opportunity to encourage others to get regular health screenings. 

Carol and her husband Jerry both enjoy helping build The Kingdom through serving at Frontlines Church. The infectious  joy and encouragement she radiates are some of the many things that speak to the intentional and caring approach of her leadership.  Carol loves building peoples spirit up in conversation, prayer or with a simple smile and uplifting word.
Her true passion is praying for those in need!

Fun Facts: Carol loves the beach and cherishes spending time with her family.  
She has two children and three grandchildren, which all attend FLC!

Sheila was raised  in Hoptown AKA Hopkinsville, KY,  attended college in Bowling Green, KY and spent 33 years living in Sarasota, Florida before making her way to the greater Nashville area.
Whether it's sharing God's Word or standing with someone in prayer believing  for a breakthrough, Sheila's heart for The Lord and serving in His Kingdom is an inspiration to many and will challenge others to dig deeper!  She has a heart for serving and reaching out to the community through intentional connections and sincere relationships.
A passionate prayer warrior and dependable worker for Christ, Sheila's desire is to see revival break out in a real way and people come to a revolutionary encounter with Jesus!

Fun Facts:  Avid Kentucky Wildcats fan;  particularly basketball.  
March Madness is the best!!  Watching and attending sporting events are some of her favorite things to do.
Family and friends are most meaningful in her life.  
She also loves playing cards and board games and is incredibly fond of steak dinners, ice cream and donuts!!!!
